H: Here for vacc, no health concerns. Won't let O brush teeth, also won't eat chicken necks, dental chews etc. Regular diet - pet shop small breed dry dog food, tried dental diet for <10kg but refused to eat this. UTD Nexguard Spectra and t/w tab. O: HR 144 bpm, RR pant, chest ausc NSF MM p<2, moist Teeth grade 1-2 already Eyes/ears NSF, no recurrence of cyst LN's WNL NAD abdo Hips/stifles NSF BCS 3/5 SKin/coat NSF Anxious but very well behaved GOod O T: BB IO and Pi2 s/c Adv trying bigger kibble, feeding dry only, try raw chicken necks again when isolated in laundry etc If won't eat, adv dental within the next six mths to stay on top of dental diz and to try to minimise teeth loss
