recheck. is up and down. eating better slowly. today tiny bit more enegertic but yesterday wanted to euth. o; drain another 100ml serosang flui R side chest. L side <0.5cm fluid. electrolytes OK. a: end stage CHF, started Pimobendan 5 days ago. P; give it another go, see if fuyrther care and medications can show improvement.INB, likely euth soon.

been OK. respiratory better, inc effort slightly. 30ish rr. meds currecntly frusemide 10mg SID. Pimobendan 1.25mg BID. mirtazipine 1.8mg SID O; slight inc resp effort. thor scan: pleural effusion present bilateral 0.5cm pocket surrounding heart. abdo wuick look > effusion present. massively dilated L and R atriums. CREAT 455lytes wnl. a: end stage CHF likely. P; euthanasia is likely the best option, but keen to persist abit more. inc frusemide BID, recheck saturaday +/- thoracocenteisis or euthanasia.
