Temperature: ne
Gastrointestinal: comfortable on abdo palp, no [pain/fluid wave, no overt orgnoamegaly/mass
Integumentary & lumps (measurement, location): clean caot, no inflamamtion or lesions
Musculoskeletal: severe carpal limb deformity

Any additional findings:

Assessment: FIT for injections

Treatment: 
- KETAMINE 0.05ml SQ scap (0.5mg/ml)
- Beransa 5mg SQ scap (BN813177)
- pentosan 0.27ml SQ scap (BN 25085)

Nurse initial: kylies
 
Medication requested: carprofen

Any change in pets condition/symptoms: no going well

Current dose being given (note any differences): 1/2 BID 

Any change in demeanour: no
