Sore ears - Bilaterial ATOPY Hx: Dog has been scratching and shaking ears a lot recently. Onwer has not been giving apoquel lately. Cx: BAR, mm pink crt 2secs nil on abdo palpation HR 100bpm RR panting T 38.5 eyes teeth l.nodes ok Coat generally good but dog has strong musty smell to her. Otoscopic exam - both tympanic membranes intact but ear canals hyperaemic with ++ black discharge noted. Smears - malassezia bilaterally. Clean both ears out with epi-otic flush. 1ml dexapent sc Malaseb bath TGH: Apoquel tabs bid for 4 weeks. 16mg chewables - 1 bid Malaseb baths twice weekly for 2 weeks Dermotic PMP - 1 squirt once daily each ear for 5 days
