Smelly tummy and paws. <br><br>Medical illnesses: <br>- pruritis - likely atopy, responsive to cytopoint inj, last inj in oct 25. Typically yearly however recently more frequent. <br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Exam</span>.<br>Demeanour: BAR, affectionate<br>Temp: not taken<br>BCS - 4.5/9<br>Eyes NSF<br>Ears NSF<br>Oral exam: mild calculus with base of canines and PMs <br>Dental grade: 1-2/4<br>Cardiac ausc: HR= 100, no murmur, no arrhythmias<br>Respiratory: RR= pant, clear, eupnoeic<br>Abdo: NSF on abdo palpation<br>MSK: NSF on joint palpation<br>Skin: no fleas or flea dirt, mild erythema of ventrum and interdigital skin; small papules on ventral abdomen. <br>L/N: NSF<br>Other findings:<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Tests performed</span>-<br>Owner notes no known contact allergens recently encountered <br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Assessmen</span>t -<br>Atopy flareup. Mild ventral abdominal superficial skin infection. <br><br><strong>Treatments:<br>Cytopoint 30mg s/c<br>Neocort cream BID <br><br>Revisit +/- ab course INI or if deterioration with skin infection<br>owner to search envt to confirm no contact allergens at brothers or his home/walks. Not shaking head or scratching at ears currently but is licking ++ at ventrum- ongoing atopy, usually responsive to cytopoint. On no current medication. EDUF. No v/d.- BIB {owner}Exam.Demeanour: BARBCS - 5/9Eyes NSFEars NSFOral exam:NSFDental grade:2Cardiac ausc: NSFRespiratory: NSFAbdo: NSF on abdo palpationMSK: NSF on joint palpationSkin: Erythema bilat ear pinnae mild, moderate erythema ventrum +. Mild interdigital erythema all four paws. Approx 5mm diameter very slightly raised subcutaneous lump, non inflamed and non ulcerated.L/N: NSFAssessmentPruritis- ongoing atopy. No evidence secondary infection currently. Usually responds very well to cytopoint- advised to repeat injection.Lump- likely sebaceous/follicular cyst. Advised to monitor and if growing consider fna. Adv likely benign.Rest of CE wnls.Plan Monitor lump and call back if any changes. Repeat cytopoint and see back when pruritis recurs.Treatments:Cytopoint 30mg SQ injection
