Primary Clinician CWLast Appt: 14/5Previous Plan (copy from hx notes):Assessment -Intermittent low grade hind right limp - sprain/strain, OA, meniscus, otherPlan-10 days restCan use Metacam if neededIf doing well then slow build up of exerciseIf limited improvement then consider x-rays of hips/stiflesCan do dental S+P at same timeNRS follow up 7 daysOwner Communication:AB called 0421616548 at 9:30am- CraigHow is their limp going? Any improvement? They have been running occasionally not just resting and o has seen that she is still limping occasionally during this time. O said they have Metacam but not sure if wife has been giving.AB called 0416 941 032 at 3pm - MichelleConfirmed they haven't given any Metacam yet.Said there were two events since the last appt (Wed 14 + Fri 16) where she had run after a bird in the backyard. After these events she was limping and avoiding putting pressure on that leg but O says she is fine after a few hours. Tilly has been fine since Saturday no limping or issues.O wanted to know if they could take Tilly for a walk since she is doing okay and Tilly is getting restless in home, AB said allowed to do one 10 minute long on lead walk for next 3 days then can go up by 5 minutes each day after that.AB let O know they can try Metacam if they want to for 3 days when limp occurs (as recc by Tina). If that doesn't help or it re-occurs after this then need to do x-rays.AB texted O with written next steps as I was worried I wasn't as clear as I could have been on the phone and the O was in the car so I thought it would be helpful.Ongoing Plan:AB let O know they can try Metacam if they want to for 3 days when limp occurs (as recc by Tina). If that doesn't help or it re-occurs after this then need to do x-rays.
