Week ago got suddenly sore on the left fore, improving. <br><br>Boiled chicken, RC hypolllergenic. Sensitive stomach dog. Puppy treats sometimes. <br>Using plaque off (had a bit of a break). Got a water additive recently.<br><br>Left fore- small crack off the bottom of nail. Suspect might have caught it and sprained it. Not sore now on palpation/manip of either foreleg. <br><br>Otherwise NAD exam. BCS 3/5. Deliberate weight loss from less food given.<br><br>Nurse to hold for injections as squirmy. <br><br>Vacc C5, booster 1 year. </p> </div> </div> </div></html>
