Nurse Entry In with - Male O Subjective: Going well. Objective: With owner assist, try to look at his mouth- quite difficult. Mild tartar on the premolars. Protective against owner. Can't safely place muzzle with owner around. Taken to treatment room. Muzzle easy to be put on. Size 1 muzzle. Growls through the exam. mm pink, moist, crt from distance. eyes - nad ears - nad heart - normal systolic rhythm, growling. lungs - nad abdo palpation - no pain, no masses musculoskeletal - stiff and tense. Good muscle mass. Integument - nad A/gs expressed. Minimal amount. Assessment: Fit to vacc Plan: KC given SC.
