WEIGHT: 7.70 HISTORY: Has been licking at his front R paw a fair bit over the past 3-4 days as well as scratching at the R side of his face. CLIN_EXAM: Temperament: BAR No significant erythema or other lesions, small grass seed removed from the hair on the R front foot. Cytology (Tape trip - bottom of R front foot): cocci +++, yeast ++ Dx: Dermatitis TREATMENT: Cephalexin, Ketoconazole and pred to treat, if itching continues may need to trial some allergy medication
