14/03/2026 Hx: O noticed x2 new lumps present. Came after had been in bush playing. Initially only small but gotten bigger. Have a scab on them, a little oozy. 
Otherwise doing well - EDUF normal


PEx:
BAR
CVS: mmp pink, moist. No murmur or arrhythmia
Resp: normal lung sounds bilaterally 
Abdo: comfortable
Skin: x1 small dermal raised pinky-red lump on R dorsal neck approx 1cm diameter with a scab present. X1 small dermal raised pinky-red lesion on R lateral lumbar area with mild surface erosion and moisture too it. No obvious draining sinuses. 
FNA both lumps showed RBC, lots of degenerate neutrophils & some reactive macrophages. 
MSK: mild effusion R stifle


Assessment:
Dermal masses --> suspect reactive to foreign material vs true neoplasia 

Plan:
Discussed options of sedate and explore vs try Abx & meloxicam. O would like to try conservative management first.
