Owner May we request your pets history?: Yes Owner Please provide your previous vet clinic contact details?: My Family Vet Upper Kedron 4055 Pet Insurance Provider & Policy No (if applicable and not provided): RS14999470 RSPCA Hx Moved here from brisbane Has had no previous health concerns other then ear infections Is a very nervous boy with physical exams so has traz and alpramazole on board O also says he expressed his own anal glands but recently been scooting a little more Presenting complaint- small lump on sternum PEx Limited exam as nervous and gets scared when doing anything Dental no disease present normal LNs mm pink and moist no lameness i consult 2-3cm fatty like mass on sternum no other lumpsfound Unable to auscultate chest Assessment Unable to perform fna but feels like a lipoma Discussions - monitor for growth, change in feel and shape - check when vaccinations due and we can do those - may need to alter sedation med dosing for future visits - attempt to express anal glands at home externally but if unable to we will need more sedative meds on board to do it here without scaring him further
