Not wanting sx atm Dehydration assessment: Euhydrated MM moist no skin tent PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: Appearance: BAR; BCS 3/5 Eyes: NAD Ears: NAD Nose: NAD Oral Cavity: not assessed Integument: multiple small warts on ventral thorax. Not actively bleeding. Skin around it seemed mildly inflammed 2 soft round dermal masses caudal to the warts Other smaller lumps on body Treatment: Cryosurgery done for the warts on ventral chest Plan: Can repeat in 2- 3 weeks if not fully gone
