- Cyan: Vaccination and checkup due. Weight gain of 200g. Sensitive stomach with vomiting and diarrhoea. Soft faeces noted.
EDDU: Topan - appetite normal, urination and defecation normal, no vomiting. Cyan - vomiting and soft faeces.
Diet: Variety of wet food, beef strips (broken up for Topan due to dental extraction), Royal Canin biscuits.
Medical condition: Topan - full mouth extraction last year. Previous Solensia injection caused severe itchiness - discontinued. Cyan - sensitive stomach.

Kept: Both cats allowed outside during day, stay in garden. Two other rescue cats indoors only.

- Topan: Weight loss, possible hyperthyroidism to be ruled out with bloods. Possible early arthritis.
- Cyan: Weight gain. Sensitive stomach with soft faeces.

Treatment:
Topan: F2 vaccination administered. Blood pressure checked - good. Bloods collected for thyroid and kidney screening.

Plan:
- Topan: Await blood results for thyroid and kidney function. Foresight nutraceutical recommended for arthritis - start gradually, may cause temporary soft faeces. Can be given to all four cats as they share food bowls.
- Cyan: Weight management recommended - reduce biscuits gradually over 3-4 weeks to avoid hepatic lipidosis. Foresight recommended for joint health and weight management. Probiotics may help with soft faeces.
