Reason: UWR/UWR- UtiPresented and seen by Dr     @ Time/DateRegular Vet:Presenting Problem:History:Chronic history of autoimmune disease and hepatitis, see previous hx.Assessed 6/3 for Lower urinary tract signs of discomfort and frequent squatting. Diagnosed with urinary tract infection, C&S demonstrated growth of proteus bacteria sensitive to amoxicillin. 5 day course of amoxicillin dispensed completed ~11/3. After starting the antibiotics Narla's demeanour improved and was eating much better than prior to antibiotic. Signs appeared to resolve however signs of stranguria recurred within the past 24 hours.
