Humps pillows and and chews bedding.Bleeding occurs then small dark growth; smooth above right eye EXAMINE lower incisors 303 and 302 small gingival growth, mildly inflammed 2mm circular dark growth right eye: above medial canthus pink mm HR 84 rest of teeth are good. Some tartar on canines lymph nodes WNL ASSESSMENT ? gingival growth most likely epulis mass above medial canthus right eye ? cyst ? adenoma PLAN recommend ga and remove epulis and growth on eye should clean up incisors and canines around the growth

lp @ 9:20 o called and said: 1. has a lump on the gum only noticed it yesterday when he was chewing a toy as started bleeding - stops really quickly 2. the gums look swollen - does not seem to be bothered when chewing 3. does have a lump close to one of his eyes - which has been there for 3 mths they would also like this to get checked 4. edud fine and as normal
