he had his dermatologist revisit and they recommended to increase the dose of zenrelia 
so 
6.4mg x 2 a tablet s a day 

repeat the monthy cytopoint injection 
his secondary yeast and bacterial pododermatitis has improved markedly 

the dermatologist dispensed the asit oral vaccine for desensitisation 

once a month 

recheck for repeat cyotpoint in one month 

23/02/2026 has started his desensitistaion medications prescribed by dermatologist
it is an oral medication 

since then he has developed diarrhea so a reaction to the ASIT formulation is a concern

treatement today prokolin paste and peptosyl and bland diet 

if not improving then fecal analysis 
and bloods 



04/03/2026 recheck skin allergies 
is on zenrelia , fluconazole and cephalexin and beginning the asit from dermatologist for desensitisation oral form 
so far taking it ok some mild diarrhea

still itchy however and is over due a cytopoint injection

repeat cytopoint injection also anitis from allergies possibly causing anal gland blockage 
so sedate to express glands as he is an  very difficult dog will bite /attack
