about 10 days ago, started having ovmiting and diarrhoea. went to PVE, treated with panadol, prokoalin, marpoitant. helped a little, but yesterday vomited several times and didnt eateating small amouht this mornign and keeping it down but owners feel she is really flat. seh has chewed a plush toy, so could have ingested stuffing. two weeks ago stayed with dog sitter so could be infections cause.BAR, mms pale pink, tacky. skin tent oktemp 38.3tender abdomen, no palapble organomegaly or FBno palapble lymhpadenomeglayhr 100 no audible murmur, normal bronchovesicular soundsa:lethargyvomiting, reduced appetitediarrhoea (improving)recommend admit for xrays. if ok then fluids. giardia snap test.
