pruritic dermatitis including bleeding skin R side mouth and otitis with otic discharge, erythema, lichenification most prominent in the ears, lip comissures, nasal fold, ventrail tail base next to anus, ventral trunk

alergic otitis and allergic skin disease with secondary infections

EXAM
The mouth is actually the skin on R side mouth, fresh blood present, furunculosis - all likely secondary to intense pruritus
intense skin odour
pussy ears

PLAN
Malaseb or Sebazole twice a week ongoing 10 min bath
PMP in the mornig to ears and on affected black skin
Otoflush evening ear clean then wipe dry with tissues
steroid oral as per label
cephalexin oral
RV 3 weeks then ear swab: cytol or C/S
