EXAMINE Eyes: NAD Ears: NAD Oral Cavity: MM pink, CRT < 2sec Teeth: NAD Heart: HR 128, NAD Lungs: NAD Lymph Nodes: Mildly enlarged submandibular LN, rest NAD Ab. Palp: NAD Integument: Area of alopecia on ventral neck Musculoskeletal: NAD Neuro: NAD Urogenital: NAD ASSESSMENT ddx: reative LN (vaccination, allergies, infection, other?), Neoplasia (lymphoma/leukaemia) TREATMENT PLAN Discussed next diagnostic options including LN aspirates, in house bloods, imagining etc. Owner elected to start with LN aspirates and in house bloods.
