13/03/2026 Nurse: ADE Consult Reason: Small Lump on back of neck History: Owner was checking dog over for grass seeds Found a small lump on back of the neck, possible skin tag Otherwise well EDDU normally PE: Demeanour- BAR HR- 84, regular, no murmur RR- WNL, lung fields clear bilaterally MM/CRT- Pink, moist, <2sec Mouth/Teeth- Healthy teeth and gums Eyes/Ears- Clear/NAD Nose/Throat- Clear/NAD Abdomen- Soft and comfortable on palpation Urogenitals- NAD Skin/Coat- Healthy skin and coat. Small white 1x1mm perdunculated mass on mid back of neck, skin tag MSK - NAD Assessment: Ddx skin tag Advised to monitor - if it becomes an issue and is bleeding or getting knocked then we can remove but otherwise fine to leave Also advised to monitor for any changes and inflammation then to represent for for FNA Treatment: No treatment required today
