V+ yesterday but none since, still eating and drinking and her happy self  rr Reason: Diarrhoea. ALKHistory:Presented for diarrhoea. Started yesterday, vomitted and diarrhoea. Last night produced one solid stool then diarrhoea with blood afterwards. Recently moved house, also recently went on heat (finished 1 week ago). Has had tummy issues in the past. Diet:  Royal canin hypoallergenic dry + homemade diet chicken, rice, pumpkin + natural greek yoghurt daily. No known incidents stealing food, getting into bins, composts etc. UTD Nexgard Spectra. Exam:Wt: 7.4kgBAR, BCS 6/9. Coat good. MM pink/moist, CRT <2. Skin tent <2.Oral exam: DS 1/4 - mild tartar, no gingivitis. HR: 120 RR: T: 37.8 - no blood on thermometer. Chest clear, heart rhythm regular. Abdominal palpation: nsf, soft, comfortableAG exmpty externally. Assessemtn:DDx: adverse food reaction vs Gi infection (viral vs bacterial vs parasitic) vs toxin ingestion vs kidney and liver vs foreign bodyTreatment:ProkolinParacetamol 125mg PO 12-24Just hypoallergenic dry food over weekend. If any more vomiting, RV tmrw mornming (Sat) for premax
