13/03/2026 Reason: Dog still has skin issues on peruneum right lower perineum ventral to anus, large clearly defined patch of superficially excoriated skin, roughly square,, dry with mild erythema, not tender to touch no SQ involvement. anal glands are normal- expressed suspect dog is self traumatising to some extent probably licking even though not seen to pay it much attention Discussed headbucket and neocort vs zenrelia tablets- O opts tablets zenrelia 6.4 mg one tablet q 24 hrs x8 days

History - Rosie has been licking area to right of tail base Owner concerned about pyoderma Examination - Area of mild erythema to right of tail base, doesn't look infected Clipped hair surrounding area, skin under appears normal EAGs - both ++ full. Right more yellow colour, left brown and watery Assessment - Anal glands Plan - Review if symptoms don't resolve
