History:Wilbert is a 5y4m MN Chihuahua presented today for bladder radiographs. He is doing well at home and O has no other concerns. Appetite: unchangedUrination/Defecation: unchanged Exercise tolerance: unchangedExamination:Demeanour: QARBCS: 6/9MM:pink and moist CRT:<2 sec HR:120 RR: 20 breaths/min Temp: not takenEyes: Clear and bright bilaterally, no ocular discharge or blepharospasm.Ears: Clean bilaterally, no evidence of discharge or malodour, no signs of erythema.Oral exam: C0G0. Appropriate dentition present with normal occlusion, no evidence of cleft palate.Cardiovascular: Normal cardiac rate, rhythm and intensity. No murmur or arrhythmia noted.Respiratory: Clear breath sounds bilaterally, normal respiratory effort and sounds.Abdominal palpation: Soft and comfortable, no evidence of abdominal hernia, no marked distension, masses or pain.Urogenital: No abnormalities noted. External genitalia present with no evidence of discharge or swelling.Integument: Clean coat overall, no signs of erythema, no ectoparasites present.Lymph nodes: Submandibular, prescapular and popliteal lymph nodes are regular, symmetrical and palpable.Musculoskeletal: Symmetrical musculature, ambulating comfortably with even weight distribution. Able to right, rise and ambulate. Full musculoskeletal exam not performed.Nervous system: Appropriate mentation, no overt cranial nerve deficits. Full neuro exam not performed.Assessment:Wilbert is fit for his bladder radiographs today. Normal physical examination findings.
