13/03/2026 XL Consultation, WEIGHT 7.80 HISTORY Has been EDDU NAD. No hx of OE. Started shaking head 1 wk ago. Scratched sometimes. CLIN_EXAM BAR, MM pink and moist. CRT 1-2s. Mild calculus and gingivitis. Eyes NAD Ears - fluidy sound from L ear. Both ears appeared grossly normal. However marked +++ amount of dark-coloured discharge was acquired from the L ear. Cytology: L ear yeasts++++++ and rods+++ and neutrophils; R ear was unremarkable TREATMENT Epiotic for L ear TOP SID for 14d. Easotic 1 pump to L ear TOP SID for 5d. Recheck if no improvement. FLRQ N WRMRQ N DIAG Ear infection secondary to OE BLDRQ N
