She could not tolerate the carprofen.  Can she be on gabapentin indefinitely or do we need to undertake the Xrays/CT scans? Has had gabapentin for 1wk and doing well, hasn't dropped poos at night in past week. Has some good days, R.shoulder O hasn't noticed lameness in back legs. O: BAR, lovely girlMM pink, moist, CRT 2sDent: gd 2, some calculus buildup on canines, premolars and molars. EENT: eyes both have some cloudiness/blue opacities bilaterally. Peripheral Lns WNL MSK: No pain on spinal palpation, was pressing quite hard, was lip licking though but didn't react. RHL proprioception/knuckling response slightly delayed. Stiffness on both RHL and LHL hip extension. Both stifles in place, not able to luxate. LFL pain on shoulder extension, normal carpal flexion/extension/ROM.
