Has been compliant with epiotic cleaner. grooming performed today EXAMINATION: Demenour - BAR BCS- 5/9 HR 130, RR 24, T 38.7 , CRT 1-2sec, MM Pink. Cardiorespiratory- neg murmur, neg arrythmia Teeth- grade 1 Eyes/Ears/Nose- Left ear worse. Both inflammed errythema, otic exam- heavy hair hypertrichosis ++++, Skin- interdigital errythema Musculoskeletal/Neuro- nad Ln's-nad Gastrointestinal-nad Urinary/Repro- nad CYTOLOGY: Ears - Cocci both ears heavy, occasional rod in string. ASSESSMENT: Otitis externa Pododermatitis Consider underlying allergic dermatitis- atopy/food, vs perpetuating factors (hair) TREATMENT: Pred 20mg: 3/4 tab ONCE daily for 5 days, then 1/2 tab every 2nd day. PLAN: Sedation for ear pluck, clean and instill Mometomax - planned fasted for Thursday 19.03.2026
