11/03/2026 Ongoing issues with eye - seemed to be better for a couple of days post chemo but then got worse again

Otherwise has been okay in himself - slowing down a bit, but still eating and drinking well.

Assessment:
Anaemia worsening again - discussed with JS and elected hold off on chemo and repeat bloods next week. In mean time increase pred back to 20mg SID to help with eye

13/03/2026 History: Diagnosed with lymphoma 24 months ago. Ongoing chemo but has deteriorated in the last few weeks. 

Examination: 
Severe bilateral conjunctivitis + chemosis.
Marked epiphora of the R eye / moderate in the L eye.
3rd eyelid protrusion present bilaterally. 
Palpation of the R eye - solid spherical mass in the subcutaneous tissue felt in the lateral aspect of the lower eyelid. 
R eye also has suspected corneal ulceration + increased IOP 44. 

Assessment: 
Suspected metastatic lymphoma - ocular mets

Euthanasia 

Butorphanol 0.7ml + ACP10mg/ml 0.7ml + 2ml zoletil sc

History-update: Fully recovered post transfusion. BAR, eating normally.  

Adverse effects grading: 0 now > previously as below
Last prescribed chemo drug =  Vincristine 0.7mg/m2

- Not eating (0-4):  3
- Vomiting (0-4):  0
- Diarrhoea (0-5):  4
- Lethargy (0-3):  2
=9

Treatment Due / Week #? =  2 > Cyclophosphamide
Current Medications/Active Scripts= Prednisolone 40mg EOD

Lab Results: Mild non-regenerative anaemia > markedly improved
WBC normal

CBC Blood Results 
Neuropenia grading (0-4): 0

Any change to plan? Reduce Vincristine to 0.5mg/m2 at next dose

Treatment: Frusemide 80mg IV
Chemo Drug? =   Cyclophosphamide 200mg/m2
Route? =  PO
Reaction? =  Nil

Framixin H to R eye BID

Assessment: Remission achieved

Plan:   Recheck in 1wk
Medication changes? = Vincristine reduce to 0.5mg/m2  
Next treatment? Due when? = Doxorubicin in 7d
