Seen by JS start of the year - hindlimb paresis - not surgical
Has been improving throughout the past couple of months
Has slowly built up exercise since
All exercise in now controlled on lead, shorter than previous exercise. 
L hind, seems weaker than R 
Occasional scuffing of L hind 
R forelimb - lameness, intermittent - O feels compensation due to hindlimb weakness  
Possible R elbow calus? 
R lower ear - had lump which has previously been drained in consult. 

CURRENT MEDICATIONS:
Metacam 35kg SID
Pregabalin 150mg BID 
Paracetamol 500mg BID

Abdo palpation: Comfortable 
Lymph nodes: WNL 
HR: 80bpm 
RR: panting

MSK:
- Discomfort mid-thoracic spine 
- Good hindlimb proprioception 
- LEFT carpi thickened cranially (worse than R), some carpi deviation. No crepitus  
- RIGHT carpi thickening. No crepitus.

Can reduce to 100mg SID if any GI symptoms
