13/03/2026 REASON - drinking more water HISTORY - history of drinking more water, started 4 weeks before came in for skin visit - was worse on prednisilone, only gave a few days of the once daily dose - vomited after pred (likely increased water consumption further still), so stopped giving - appetite hasn't changed - poos are generally looser - possibly some related to feeding other foods - PU/PD - no issues weeing Parasite Control: Interceptor and Simparica Diet: kangaroo (cooked), venison ziwi dry +/- rice Current meds: none now Exam - Temperament: BAR, nervous MMs: pink/moist/normal CRT Thoracic auscultation: panting ++ HR 120, no obvious murmur Abdominal palpation: quite tense - full feeling cranial abdo, tense. caudal abdo OK BCS 7/9 - used to be 11kg when full adult age Dentition: Grade 1/4 Lymph nodes: normal sized Eyes: bit smelly, hairy Ears: NAD Skin: lipoma cranial sternum Rectal exam: NAD- anal glands small, expressed, couldn't palpate prostate well Musculoskeletal system: NAD Temp: 38.7 Assessment/DDx - PU/PD: diabetes (mellitus/insipidus), hyperA, lymphoma, hypercalcaemia, UTI? Plan: - bloods for full CMC/biochem/T4 and urinalysis HISTORY INCOMPLETE
