Reason: Post operative radiographs History: Left shoulder arthrodesis performed on 6/1/26. Maggie has been walking with minimal lameness over the past month.No concurrent medical complaints reported. No recent vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing or sneezing. No recent weight loss or change in appetite.  No PU or PD reportedMaggie had been going well at home. Owner taking her for 30 minute walks daily and tolerating well. Offloading to the right forelimb in the waiting room, owner said she does this at home as well. Have had a few incidents where she has run around the front yard and pulled up lame, resolves after a day of rest. Has been on Trazodone to facilitate rest, not currently on any medications. EDDU fine. Examine: BARTPR unremarkable Orthopaedic examination: Minimal lameness at walk and trot. No pain on manipulation of JOINT. No swelling or pain on palpation of surgical site.Sedation: Medetomidine/Butorphanol IV. Reversed with Atipamezole IM. Radiographs: Mediolateral and craniocaudal views of the XXXX reveal sufficient bone healing and static implants.  Plan: Gradual return to full activity.    Vital Signs
