13/03/2026 owner noticed a red swelling between the toes of Finns RH foot, she has been applying betadine twice daily for 3 days, is not getting better. is concerned may be a grass seed. dog has not been licking at it medial toe, clipped hair to examine-, has small superficial abrasion on the lateral aspect of the nail bed. nail appears intact, no SQ swelling no discharge, is not tender Minor trauma to toe, no sign grass seed sinus PLAN- apply neocort twice daily 5 days Dog is bright, normal heart rate and rhythm , panting

owner called to confirm beransa tomorrow. she said she normally goes to paws at prospect and she called last week and someone was going to check dose of beransa and get hx sent from them. I said there is only one dose of beransa so we dont need to get that from prospect but said to be careful re seeeing 2 vets as can clash with medications. she then said they only went there once for eye so bit confussing. will get hx sent today called paws at prospect and asked for hx they only see finn for beransa and did it early august and said he is booked in tomorrow for a beransa with them. I said he is also booked in here so this is very confusing. lets see where she shows up as she said she wanted to come here as prospect is too far away.
