HL & Lumbar spine X-Rays </span><br>Medetomidine 0.05ml + Methadone 0.1ml IM <br>NSF nil evidence of fractures <br>Wound stapled <br>GB <br><br><strong>ASSESSMENT: </strong><br>EYE burst blood vessels secondary to trauma, likely benign nil tx. needed <br>MSK nil obvious fractures seen, Lameness likely secondary to wound <br>Anaemia transient ?? <br><br><strong>PLAN: </strong><br>- START Meloxicam 4.54kg dose PO SID 5d. MM called- 1cm firm lump now- seems to be resolving. O to call in a few weeks if does not resolve completely from here.Â

No worse, no better. MM said give 2 weeks from 3/11 unless worsening. MM offfered to be more proactive if o preferred. O happy to give it more time. Call MM at any stager if concerned. Next step is to re-ultrasound and consider surgical exploration.Â
