Reason: AbscessHistory:  Previous vet is SAH newport On methiamezole transdermal for hyperthyroidism Recently had blood tests done About 2 months ago, had abscess on the left face and treated Noticed swelling on the left face now Owner thinks she is still losing weight Examine: bar, pink and moist mm, CRT <2, HR 180, RR 20 BCs 2/5, grade 1/4 dental - not much teeth left Oral cavity - left upper jaw caudally - mildly proliferative lesion but unable examine thoroughly due to patient moving around Left face mildly swollen Chest sound clearAbodminal palpation - faeces in colon and perhaps small kidneys Assessment:  oral neoplasia? Infection Plan:  Given 0.35ml convenia SC Recheck in 10 days to see response, may need to consider GA/sedation for sampling Will call newport for history    Vital Signs    Weight: 3.11;
