13/03/2026 History: has trouble getting into the car after exercise, last 10 days hasn't played with the other dog at home. hasn't eating any food the past 2 days, but owner made her eat this morning if hand feeding. no D. no V. Diet - rice and vegs, meat - chicken and turkey, salami Medications - not on medication, owner give her rose hip powder which seems to help. Examine: Vitals: - HR 120 - RR normal - Temp 38.7 - MM pm - CRT <2 BCS (9): 7 - Eyes/ears: nad - Teeth/mouth: nad - Chest: nad - Abdomen: overweight, hard to palpate - Urogenital: nad - Digestive: nad - Lymph nodes:nad - Skin: multiple soft skin lumps on ventral abdomen (owner said she had it for years and previously lipoma has been diagnosed) - Locomotion: walking fine good ROM - Nervous System: nad - Behaviour: friendly Assessment: problem list - lameness, esp after exercise, off food dx - OA and related pain, ddx - metabolic dz or neoplasia Plan: TAHP - if normal then start on pain relief, e.g metacam/ gabapentin owner happy with plan
