STO for update
Pugalita vomited frothy saliva type fluid after waking from a nap today
Unable to settle, pacing a lot and still seems a bit out of it.
Eating food that owner preparing well
No futher bleeding from mouth.
Hasn't had any further panadol since yesterday.

Advised keep giving panadol every 12 hours as mouth and bladder likely in some discomfort
Suspect swallowing a lot of salive when sleeping hence the vomiting when wakes up.

Put up some gabapentin to given in the evenings for the next few days to help Pugalita settle at night 

Apologised for owner getting such a high bill but explained that it is difficult to give an estimate for extractions in cases such as Pugalita when teeth are in such a state and that only charged 9 extractions when there were 20 so I had tried to keep it as low as possible, also there was the additional UTI and ear infection.  Owner understood.

Advise owner to call us if any further concerns with Pugalita.
