Has grade 4 HM, lungs clear, abd very painful on palpation, unsure if behavioural. Mm pink and moist CRT<1 sec. Eyes and ears clean and clear, coat good. Wt: 15 kgHR: Elevated (patient stressed at time of Assessment:)Behavioural: Visibly stressed during examination; reacted adversely to rectal temperature attemptLaboratory:In-house biochemistry and haematology panel performed:- WBC: mildly elevated; not considered clinically significant at this time- RBC: within acceptable limits- Platelets: mildly low; attributed to platelet clumping; no other signs to suggest clinical significance- Glucose: normal- Renal parameters: normal- Albumin: mildly elevated- ALT: mildly elevated- Overall biochemistry pattern consistent with mild pancreatitisAssessment:Suspect mitral valve regurgSuspect mild pancreatitis flaring up now and then.
