Attempted to assess LHL, Rocky a bit fed up by this point and trying to nipCommunication: Discussed options with owner - treatment involves surgery. Discussed either discussing with DZ regarding doing surgery at CVC (is done on case by case basis) vs referring. Owner has pet insurance and open to referral.
