Final reportAssessment: Poppy's culture results has returned a light growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa which is resistant to amoxyclav and in light of clinical signs (restlessness, haematuria) may not have resolved. As such we have transitioned, Poppy from empirically prescribed amoxyclav to Enrofloxacin for 7 days. Treatment: Enrofloxacin 12mg/kg (300mg) q 24hrs for 7 days (2 x 150mg tablet) Trazadone 150mg PO q 12 hrs for 7 days (1 x 150mg tablet)Plan:    Vital Signs
