very lovely patient and allow full exam very well but reacted very painfully when i touched the left hind 4th digit left hind 4 th digit noticeably swollen and slightly bruised can even see bit bruising in nail bed nail do not feel lose or broken but it may have lifted slightly from nail bed and possibly could have led to infection see no fbs under paw no cranial drawer sign - so ACL intact hip rotation good rest of clinical exam normal no heart murmur teeth clean missing 104 traumatic injury to left hind 4th digit
