A- otitis externa resolved

Has started shaking head tonight. ? Redness in ear -

H - Last night started head shaking, 

O - Left ear very hairy - brown discharge present. lots of yeast seen.
Right ear - very hairy minimal discharge present, few yeast seen

A - otitis externa

P - Ear cleaned, out underside shaved, plucked limited tolerance.
topical pmp for 10 days reheck at 14 days

Aneasthesia:
Premedication: ACP (0.02ml) and Methone (0.14ml) subcutaneously.
Induction: Alfaxan via intravenous catheter in the cephalic vein.
Maintenance: Oxygen and isoflurane via an endotracheal tube.

Procedure:
Routine ultrasonic scale and polish.
Plaque/tartar - grade (1-2)
Ginigivitis - grade (1)
Periodontal disease - grade (2)

Extractions (0)

Medication:
Did not give Meloxicam as there was no extraction , ginigivitis and periodantal disease were grade 1-2
