Crusts removed and lesions squeezed for tape cytology.EYES/EARS: Clear MOUTH/TEETH: Gums slightly injected, CRT < 1.5HEART: HR 120 with normal rhythm - reffered URT soundsLUNGS: Referred URT soundsABDOMEN/DIGESTIVE/URINARY: Clipped around back endCNS/MUSCULOSKELETAL: PERIPHERAL LYMPH NODES: No abnWEIGHT/DIET: Body Condition Score: 5/9REPRODUCTIVE: Assessment:Post-grooming folliculutis vs mild furunculosisLaboratory:  Sticky tape prpe showed neuts +++, rare cocci, no significant rods or yeastTreatment:Amoxiclav BID 2 weeks in case pseudomonas - even though not seen on tape preps, more commonly associated with post-grooming furunculosis so better option than cephlex in this case.
