<p>Re-check giardia - idexx antigen panel to see if still infected   <br><br>Trial diets - Prime100 rolls? vs other hypoallergenic options<br><br>FMT - faecal sample - send to Texas - if want to do this need sample for Monday to be couriered, need to know by tomorrow - if not able to do for Monday can then do the weeks after (just has to be a Monday) <br><br>Spoke to O @ 3.10pm - O happy to drop off faecal sample to re-test, wants to treat with fenbendazole again so will have that dispensed ready to go. O prefer to trial prime100 before doing FMT so will hold off on that for now - will let us know if/ when she decides to do this. Also advised to increase fibre - cooked sweet potato/pumpkin if will eat it, otherwise psyllium husk or at bran and gradually increase volume (eseentially whatever you can get her to eat)!<br><br></p>

Has lost 500g since last check - not a great appetite. Waxing and waning energy levels. Emailed O and recommended book back in to see Dr IG and advised to trial novel protein prime100 roll as alternative if she doesn't like her current food. Will discuss case with Dr IG but suspect needs FMT
