01/03/2026 REASON: Cytopoint Sam + partner presented with Chimuelo for cytopoint inj. Has been doing well. O noticed 3x scabs on front L leg, have now fallen off, not licking these at all. Rest of skin and ears good. O noticed gums looked a bit red and worried about Chimuelo's teeth. BAR, good dude. MM: pink & slightly congested maxillary gingival but no evidence of gingivitis, dental grade 1/4 (o gives daily dental treats but going to start brushing too). Temp: 37.9C. Ears: no discharge, no erythema. Skin: 3x 3mm alopecic areas on L antebrachium (no erythema, no evidence of infection, scabs have now lifted and no longer present), rest of skin okay. Provided 30mg cytopoint SC (0.75ml). O has been trying to stretch this out to 6w. O has run out of malaseb but is going to start this again SIW-EOW. While o is away from 1st of March - 1st of April. Chimuelo will be looked after by Gabby (house sitter). O has okayed Gabby to bring him here if any concerns. O will be in Chile but will be reachable on his phone during this time.
