History:
EDDU all normal
Parasite prevention: UTD
Concerns: Bejhaviour compeltely off 
Shaking/scared/anxious 
Woke up becuase she was whinning 
Usually very active, wants to jump
This morning looks very stiff and not wanting to move 
Has had episodes like this before, but usually preceeded by long walks 
No known access to toxins or other 
Current meds: Omega 3 supplements 

Exam:
Behaviour - Very nervy, but will take treats. If o holding seems to do a bit better. 
BAR
BCS- 5/9
mm pink, crt<2s 
oral - dental 1/4
eyes - bright and clear
ears - dry and clean
nose/throat - nsf 
chest ausc - no murmur or a/r noted. Lungs clear all fields
coat/skin  - coat and skin in good condition
abdo palp - soft and comfortable
LN - wnl 
msk - tremmoring a bit throughtout, but very nervous. Normal placement responses in all four limbs. Normal ROM on hips and stifles. 
Not ataxia noted in clinic.
Very resistant to lateral flexion of neck. Yelped on Lateral felexion of neck to left hand siude. Unable to tocuh snout to flank either side 
Ok ventro and dorsilfexion iof neck
Normal ROM in  carpus and elbows and shoulder flexion. More resistant on etxnesion of shoulders 

Assessment:
Neck pain, esp on flexion to the left 
Short stepping in front legs 

Treatment:
Meloxicam 10kg dose SID for 7-10 days 
Gaba 100mg BID for 5 days 
Strict rest, no running, jumping or roguht play for min 1 week 
Consider raising food bowls off floor


Plan: 
Revisisit INI in next 3-5 days
