Highly concerning for neoplasia. Chest- no mets noted but very difficult to radiographUltrasound- free fluid (frank blood aspirated) large cavitated splenic mass noted. STO suspect bleeding splenic mass (50-65% chance malignant) and likely osteosarcoma.Owner leaning towards euthanasia, will take analgesics home while considering.
