HISTORY: Presented for: vomited 3 times yesterday and 2 times this morning. 
Occasionally vomit as has sensitive stomach

Jan 2026 D+/V+ seen at kogarah vet - gave maropitant + Abs + prokolin

Current meds: none
Diet: Biome for last few years + prime 100 + my dog. Since Jan has on blackhawk lamb + rice + lean beef mince

Physical exam:
BCS:  5/9
Demeanor: BAR
Oral: crt<2s, mm pink and moist, grade 2/4 periodontal disease, no intraoral lesion or foreign body
Eyes: no evidence of ocular disease
Ears: clean
Cardiovascular: HR100-SR, no murmur, FP s/s
Respiratory: RR<30, normal respiratory rate and effort, normal lung sounds on all fields, normal laryngeal/tracheal auscultation. No spontaneous cough/sensitivity on tracheal palpation.
Abdomen: comfortable/no abdominal guarding, non-distended, no obvious masses
Integument: coat excellent
Musculoskeletal: unremarkable, no evidence of lameness, limbs palpate normally, normal ROM on C-spine and hips, no pain across cervical/lumbar spinal palpation or tail
Neurological: unremarkable
Lymph nodes: no palpable peripheral lymphadenopathy
Rectal: not assessed
Rectal temp: 38.7C

Diagnostics:
TAHP bloods taken: pending with Idexx

Assessment:
Primary GIT disease most likely given chronicity and otherwise well but awaiting blood results
Inflammatory vs. IBD 
Cannot rule out GIT obstruction but unlikely as non-painful and bright

Treatment:
Maropitant 1mg/kg SC
Vitamin B12 0.5ml SC
Prokolin 3ml PO BID

Plan:
O to restart Hill's biome wet and dry
Awaiting bloods
Back in 1 week for 2nd B12 + start long term fortiflora
Advise recheck within 24 hours if vomiting persists
