Subjective: 
Noted brown discharge and irritation on ear. 
O put some coconut oil around and it helps a bit. 
Just started to lick on paws. 
Similar issue last year in Feb. 

Objective:
BAR. O reported quite skittish at home when ears being handled. 
O distracted with treats while ears being examined. 
L ear erythema on pinna. Brown discharge from opening. 
Too wiggly for otoscopy. 
R ear small amount of brown discharge. 
Cytol: L ++ yeast. R nsf. 

Assessment: 
L OE 

Plan: 
Aurizon L ear SID for 2 weeks. 
Option of apoquel add on for pruritus. 
O prefer to use diluted apple cider vinegar.
