Reason: Cant WalkAppointment Notes: ram 12/3History: Fine last night, went outside at 10pm for a toilet. Had a walk yesterday afternoon - no issues. This morning couldn't walk on RFL - non-weight bearing. Has been chewing on his front paws recently. Does jump on/off furniture. Monthly cartrophen - given last Wednesday No current medicationsOtherwise been well. Examine: BAR. Vitals WNL. Muzzled. RHL - reduced ROM, generalised pain on palpation around shoulder. Otherwise NADFront paws - mild erythema with salivary staining, no oedemaDiagnostics: Haematology: WNL. Biochemistry: WNLRads: To be sent off for interpretation Treatment:Meloxicam 0.1mg/kg (2.4ml) PO SID x 7 days Gabapentin 10mg/kg - 300mg tablet BID/TID for 7 days. May cause sedationPanadol 500mg - 3/4 quarters PO every 8-12 hours. Strict rest, walks on lead for toiletingRecheck INI Vital Signs
