Ate this morning, slept well overnight.Examination:Vitals:    - Weight: 7.6 kgPhysical Exam:    - EENT: Right eye open and comfortable. Left eye hyperemic with mucopurulent discharge on medial canthus.Diagnostic Results: Fluorescein stain negative - no corneal ulcer or abrasion detected.ASSESSMENT:Left eye trauma with secondary infectionPLAN:Diagnostic/Treatment Plan: Eye flushed. Started on prednisolone/chloramphenicol eye cream twice daily for 5-7 days. Convenia long-acting antibiotic injection given. Meloxicam subcutaneous injection given. Oral meloxicam anti-inflammatory for 4 days with food.Recommendations: Cone at home if rubbing observed. Monitor and send photos via email. Recheck if concerns. Nail trim performed.
