Reason: RecheckO considers there was a significant reduction in the size of the cheek swelling the following day. The forehead swelling has reduced slightly in size. Appetite is still good, acting bright. The discharging hole on the forehead swelling has now sealed up with the discharge matted with the fur. The aim of further treatment is to suppress secondary bacterial infection and when sufficiently resolved the aim is to remove the prime cause which is likely to be a cyst/ingrown hair that was present initially. Skin swelling since from 8 weeks.Needle biopsy = pus like discharge taken a few months ago another vet.History of recurrent otitis.
